KIPCO INTERNATIONAL IS PLEASED TO OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING
INLINE BRIGHT ANNEALING SYSTEM:
THIS SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO ANNEAL STAINLESS STEEL TUBE FROM
32 mm to 101.6 mm (1.25 INCH UP TO 4 INCHES) DIAMETER. THE ANNEALING IS DONE INLINE ON THE MILL
BETWEEN THE WELDING AND SIZING SECTION.
THE SYSTEM CONSISTS OF A CLEANING STATION, TO REMOVE SURFACE
CONTAMINANTS, THEN A PRESSURIZED TUNNEL THAT CONTAINS THE HEATING INDUCTOR AND
THE COOLING SYSTEM.
A BIG ADVANTAGE OF THIS SYSTEM IS THAT H2 TO COOL
AND CLEAN THE TUBE IS USED AT A VERY LOW FLOW RATE, ABOUT .127 CUBIC METERS (4.5 CUBIC FEET) PER
HOUR. THIS MEANS THAT ALL NEW GAS IS
USED, INSURING A CLEAN, BRIGHT TUBE. IT
ALSO ELIMINATES THE NEED FOR GAS RECYCLING EQUIPMENT. THE OUTGOING HYDROGEN IS BURNED, AVOIDING A
DANGEROUS CONCENTRATION IN SURROUNDING AREAS.
THIS LOW FLOW REQUIREMENT IS POSSIBLE DUE TO THE USE OF COOLING RINGS IN
THIS PATENTED COOLING CHAMBER.
HEATING OF THE TUBE IS ACCOMPLISHED BY A 100KW INDUCTION
COIL, PROVIDING TUBE TEMPERATURES OF UP TO 1205 C (2200 F) DEGREES. THIS GENERATOR IS SUPPLIED WITH A NEW,
TRANSISTORIZED, HIGH RELIABILITY CIRCUIT WITH OUTPUT FREQUENCIES SUITABLE FOR
EACH
HYDROGEN CONTACT IS PRECEDED BY A WASHING OPERATION, WHICH
MEANS FILLING THE CIRCUIT WITH ARGON GAS.
GAS MANAGEMENT IS VERY SIMPLE, WITH ONE VALVE FOR ARGON TO WASH THE
CIRCUIT, ONE VALVE FOR HYDROGEN TO CLEAN THE TUBE.
THE SYSTEM IS SUPPLIED WITH A CONTROL PANEL WHICH INCLUDES:

CONTROLS, ADJUSTMENTS, AND INSTRUMENTS FOR THE
OPERATION OF THE SOLID STATE GENERATOR.
2.
AUXILIARIES START CONTROL, EMERGENCY STOP, AND
ALARM DISPLAY OF THE GAS CONTROL SYSTEM.
3.
INSTRUMENT FOR DISPLAY OF THE TUBE OUTLET
TEMPERATURE AT THE END OF THE HEATING SECTION.
4.
DISPLAY OF ALARMS IN CASE OF TEMPERATURE FAULTS.
