KIPCO International, Inc. is pleased to offer the following Electrode Grinder for your consideration.

The grinder uses a diamond wheel to put a near mirror finish on the tungsten. It automatically spins the tungsten during the grinding process to achieve a uniform shape when completed. The feed and drive on this grinder are automatic.

This unit will grind electrodes in diameter from .040 inches to .160 inches at angles from 15 TO 90 degrees. To grind, set the angle desired on the sine plate; the plate is clamped into place by a thumbscrew. The electrode is then moved against the grinding wheel and the electrode holder rotates the electrode while the wheel grinds and polishes it to that near mirror finish.

*Tip: Pre grinding of the electrode on a Carboroundum wheel will increase the life of the diamond wheel.
