Cabling: All
interconnecting cables between Auxiliary panel, welding power supply controls,
HF units, control panel, torches and oscillating head.
Item 2: Welding Power Supplies:
Specifications: 600 Amp output at 100% duty cycle
Digital voltmeter and ammeter
14-pin remote interface for control panel
Thermally controlled cooling fan
Thermal overload protection
Item 3: Gas mixer :
Specifications: Type A:
Provides gas mixture as required for welding by operator selection of any of four pre-calibrated settings. (2%, 5%, 7%, 10% Hydrogen)
Type B:
Provides gas mixture as required for welding by operator setting mixture anywhere between 0% and 15% Hydrogen.
Due to the combination of TIG and PLASMA in the weld system, we recommend that two mixers be used to provide for the different requirements.
Item
4: Chiller:
Specification: Refrigeration type with compressor, evaporator, and condenser.
Adjustable output temperature
Depending on customer’s power supply (volts/Hz), two systems is available, HCV1500PR-MB or JT1000.
Item
5: Electrode Grinder:
Specification: The grinder uses a diamond wheel to put a near mirror finish on the tungsten. It automatically spins the tungsten during the grinding process to achieve a uniform shape when completed. The feed and drive on this grinder are automatic.
This unit will grind electrodes in diameter from 1mm-4mm at angles from 15 - 90 degrees.
The user must supply the following:
·
Weldbox capable of
holding the seam closed and steady, preferably using weld shoes.
·
A supply of Argon and Hydrogen at 50 psig
·
Wiring of the Auxiliary Cabinet to your power
supply
·
Installation of the weld box, if required
·
Installation of torch mounting bracket
